The script will ping the new IP first to make sure it's not in use. You run the script with two parameters, the current IP/Hostname and the new IP. The default gateway, subnet mask, and DNS servers are also hard-coded into the script. This is currently hard-coded into the script just replace username and password with the correct details. Unless you're on a domain as an admin, you'll need to authenticate to the computer in question. You will need to download PsTools, but you should have that already if you're any kind of sysadmin!
